Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Sheridan

One of my best friends stayed here she told me that it was clean it was an older motel kind of outdated but the rooms were clean

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. We were traveling with family and took advantage of the family suite featuring four double beds. It was perfect for a good nights sleep. Staff was friendly, and we felt safe during our stay. Would recommend.

I was a bit hesitant to stay here after it changed from The Hillcrest to America's Best Value Inn. After needing a place to escape to I finally broke down and booked a room for the night. Arriving well after 8 pm I was able to get a room which was clean and tidy and smelled fresh. The bathroom was stocked well and there was coffee (a little weak for my taste). The AC functioned very well keeping the room at a comfortable temperature with out being freezing cold. The only issue I had was the comforter and towels seemed a little on the thinner side than I am used to but that could simply be something that I got used to at home.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very respectful and I really enjoyed talking with them. They started serving breakfast again and the food was very good, and the breakfast area was very clean. The grounds were clean. Overall, I had a great time there.

Had to come back to Sheridan for family reasons and got a great rate to stay at this hotel and was excited to be able to swim in a pool too! While the rooms were nicely updated, clean and the beds extremely comfortable, the pool resembles a cesspool of sewage more closely than a swimming pool. Such a shame too. That's the only reason I took off one star. If you show a beautifully clean pool on your website, for Pete's sake HAVE ONE! Else you need to drain it and fill it. Came back to stay again on 8/30 until 9/3. Have to say I’m delighted with the managerial staff who immediately replaced the mini fridge with a brand new one so that the food we brought with us wouldn’t go bad. The woman who was running the front was as pleasant and knowledgeable as anyone I’ve ever met and the main draw for us if we should ever come back to stay here. Prices so reasonable and wonderful staffing are the biggest draw. Clean, pleasant and restful rooms, quality linens and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!!

Staff is friendly, I think it has new owners tho. Rooms are clean but smell like smoke and they need new comforters. Other than that breakfast was decent and price wasn't awful.

Would I return? Yes Wife and I were searching for a place to stay as we traveled thru the day of the eclipse, and room rates and availability in Little Rock & Pine Bluff were high & limited. America's best value in had vacancy, rates roughly 30-60% less that comparable hotels, even a Super 8. Reviews online and photos looked descent. Upon check-in, we were promptly greeted. Our room was very clean, tidy, and presentable - better really than anticipated! The sheets were clean, free of stains or tears. Same was the case with the towels. No soapscum, mildew, or rust in the bathroom! Great place to lay your head and journey on!

We stayed there while waiting to close on our house for about 4 days. Website says pool and breakfast but the pool is green and there is no breakfast. There are places nearby to get food (my kids loved the donuts from the donut place around the corner). If you land there for a while there is a rec center with a very nice pool with a minimal fee for a day pass, like a mile away. Room was clean, staff was friendly, wifi worked, and ac worked well.
